Synchronization with Eventival

The good news for users of the Eventival Festival Database is that the data in Colosseum is automatically synchronized with data in Eventival which eliminates the need for manual data transfer (e.g. visitor information and festival schedule).

Desktop client

Desktop Clients used in the venues serve for personal sale of tickets or merchandizing, as a helpdesk, or to check tickets.

Remove workstations can be connected to the system via the Internet.

Possibility to create different types of users to keep track of sales and maintain security by assigning rights to sensitive features (e.g. sale of tickets/merchandizing, ticket returns, access to guests’ contacts) only to selected users.

A variety of statistical outputs is available.

Your staff will be trained to work with Colosseum to be able to operate the system independently.

Data in the Cloud

All data is stored in a database on dedicated servers in the company’s headquarters. The client applications merely access it. Thus stability and security of the operation can be ensured.

Control mechanism

The validity of tickets can be checked through turnstiles, PC, laptops, Androids device or PDA. We are also able to supply the necessary hardware and configure it directly with our information systems.

Tech support

We provide customer and technical support for our products 7 days a week through:
  • Personal on-site assistance which includes training of staff setup of Colosseum and supervision
  • Telephone or email consultation
  • Remote management

Other services 

Hardware sale 

Hardware is supplied in within the complex delivery of our information systems and also separately. Installation of the equipment needed to operate the ticketing system is conducted by a team of specialized engineers exclusively with a brandname components. Configuration of all the hardware is fully compatible with our information systems and thus we can guarantee its longevity and reliability.

We supply:

  • Servers, network elements
  • PC, notebooks
  • PDA devices for mobile control of tickets
  • Standard printers (laser, inkjet, multifunction)
